Loved the surprise rusty water and outdated rooms, just like in the pictures. So generous of them to offer unfinished rooms! Definitely not eager to come back after my quick visit.

Such a shame, I really expected the staff to be rude and unhelpful. How disappointing!

would recommend this hotel based on staff and food - they were good. room was great value for money. don't forget to dine at fortune tea house, it's within 10 minutes walk or so, we appreciated it.

Title: A Surprisingly Enjoyable Stay

Who needs free water in their room anyway? And the lack of soundproofing just added excitement to my stay, as I got to listen to every footstep on the floor below.

The rooms are clean and serve their purpose. Bed sheets are fresh. Parking is secure. Food is good and reasonably priced. Location is convenient. The pool and bar are enjoyable. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with Walking Street and McDonald's just a 7-minute walk away. the pool is also a highlight, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. the receptionists are accommodating and kind, providing good customer service.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with dirty floors and windows.

I keep coming back for a city break. Helpful staff gave taxi tips during my first stay. Has Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a flat-screen tv, and air conditioning. Perfect for me. No regrets.

I always stay at this hotel. The staff is nice, they helped my elderly parents. They have Wi-Fi, restaurant, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. It suits me perfectly. Going back for New Year!

The pool was lit, we practically lived there. Plus, the rooms had cable TV, so we had non-stop entertainment. We binge-watched all our favorite shows and had epic movie marathons. It was so much fun!

The only thing we wished for was a vibrant party scene. The hotel was great for chilling and relaxing, but as young, party-going people, we wanted some more excitement and late-night fun.

Despite a few issues, the hotel had a small and lovely pool which was perfect for relaxing during my stay. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet during the night, ensuring a peaceful sleep.

On arrival, I was bombarded with numerous questions and handed a long list of strict hotel policies. One of the rules was a ban on visitors after 10pm, and if you brought a guest to your room, you would be charged a fee.

I had a great stay at Fenson! The rooms were clean and the staff was kind. The bar area and pool were a nice touch. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the nearby mall, which was very convenient. The WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for a work traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordable rates and comfortable amenities.
